摘要
目的:规范脑卒中患者健康教育程序,提高整体护理质量。方法:72例初次住院的脑卒中患者,随机分为2组各36例,在常规治疗和康复护理基础上,观察组采用临床护理路径对患者入院到出院进行系统、动态、连续而又针对性的制定健康教育的内容,并确定时间,全程质量控制。对照组患者则在治疗过程中不定时、随机给予传统方法的健康教育。结果:观察组应用临床护理路径接受健康教育后,患者掌握健康教育知识的优良率及对护理的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05);住院时间及住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:临床护理路径可明显提高脑卒中患者的整体水平,为患者出院后自我护理及行为指导有良好的作用。
Objective:To normalize the program of health education to stroke patients,and elevate the quality of health education. Methods: Seventy-two patients with stroke on the initial admission were divided into 2 groups according to minimization methods. Patients in experimental group were educated with clinical nursing path,while those in the control group received traditional education. Results: The patients in experimental group mastered more health knowledge compared with those in he control group (P〈0.05). Moreover,clinical nursing path shortened the hospital stay,decreased the charge and increased the satisfaction (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Clinical nursing path can significantly elevate the effects of health education to stroke patients and is worth of clinical generalization.
