动脉压迫止血器对经股动脉冠状动脉造影术后止血的效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价经股动脉冠状动脉造影术(coronary arteriongraphy,CAG)后股动脉穿刺部位应用YM-GU-1229型动脉压迫器止血的效果和安全性。方法将经股动脉途径行CAG的161例患者按入院先后分为两组,A组患者术后采用YM-GU-1229型动脉压迫器压迫止血8h,B组采用手法压迫30min后弹力绷带"8"字形加压包扎24h。比较两组患者的止血效果、止血时间、肢体制动时间及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者在局部渗血、血肿、假性动脉瘤形成上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但总出血并发症发生率及皮肤受损伤情况A组患者明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者压迫止血时间、患者肢体制动时间、排尿障碍情况及患者不舒适感均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CAG术后股动脉穿刺部位应用YM-GU-1229型动脉压迫器压迫止血效果好,患者肢体制动时间缩短,患者不舒适感减少,并发症发生率降低,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of YM-GU-1229 artery compressor on the punctura position after coronary arteriongraphy (CAG) through the femoral artery. Methods Based on admission sequence,161 CAG patients were divided into group A treated by YM-GU-1229 artery compressor for 8 h and group B treated by manual compression for 30 rain and then pressure dressing for 24 h. The differences in the effect and time of hemostasis, the time and the complication of limbs fixing were compared accordingly. Results There were no difference in region errhysis, haematoma and the formation of false aneurysm(P〉0.05). Group A was obviously lower to group B in the incidence rate of whole bleeding complication and the skin damage(P〈0.05). The time of hemostasis and limbs fixing, urination obstacle and the feeling of discomfort in group A was significantly lower than those m group B(P〈0. 01). Conclusion YM-GU-1229 artery compressor on the punctura position of femoral artery after CAG is effective with short braking time of limbs,fewer discomforts and complications,which deserves further clinical promotion.
