饥饿对克氏原螯虾亲虾消化酶活性及部分免疫指标的影响 被引量:16

摘要 对克氏原螯虾Procambarus clarkii亲虾进行短期饥饿处理(0、4、8、12、16 d)后,分别测定其内脏消化酶活性及部分组织免疫学指标。结果显示:饥饿能显著影响克氏原螯虾肝胰脏的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性,随着饥饿时间的延长,这3种消化酶的活性均不断下降,且胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性在饥饿第4天下降幅度最大;脂肪酶活性则在第8天显著下降,随着饥饿时间的继续延长,其活性下降不明显。饥饿对克氏原螯虾亲虾免疫学指标也有一定的影响,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性先稍微增加,后随着饥饿时间的延长,在第8天显著下降;酸性磷酸酶活性在0~12 d时随着饥饿时间的延长呈显著下降趋势;溶菌酶活性在饥饿的前8 d变化不显著,饥饿第12天溶菌酶活性下降50%,此后下降无显著差异。 The digestive enzyme activities in hepatopancreas and immune indexes in muscle were measured in red swamp broodstock crawfish Procambarus clarkia starved for 0,4,8,12 and 16 days. The results showed that the trypsin, lipase and amylase activities were found to decrease gradually as the starvation periods increased, significandy lower trypsin and amylase activities 4 days after starvation, and significant lower lipase activity 8 days after starvation. No significant changes in the digestive enzyme activities were observed from the 8th day to 16th days after starvation. There were significant differences in some immune indexes in muscle of the broodstock crawfish during the starvation. The activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase were found to increase slightly within 0 -4 days of the starvation, but to start to decrease sharply 8 clays after the starvation. Acid phosphatase showed low activity significantly at 8 day starvation, whereas the lysozyme activity decreased by fifty percent at the 12th day of starvation.
