摘要
目的:观察体外高频热疗的不同时机对恶性胸腹腔积液治疗的疗效。方法:将68例恶性胸腹腔积液患者随机分成3组,即化疗前热疗(即先行热疗,热疗后再行胸腹腔注射化疗药)为1组;化疗中热疗(即胸腹腔内化疗药物注入后立刻加热疗)为2组;化疗后热疗(即胸腹腔注入化疗药物24h后再行热疗)为3组。化疗2个疗程后进行疗效的对比观察。结果:组与组之间比较,2组、3组的近期临床有效率与1组相比明显增高,具有统计学差异(χ2值分别为10.187,6.421,P值均小于0.05)。但3个组之间在疾病控制率方面未见有明显差异。3个组经过治疗后70%~80%的患者生活质量改善。在药物的毒副反应方面无明显差异。结论:化疗中热疗组以及化疗后热疗组患者的近期临床有效率明显优于化疗前热疗组,说明化疗中热疗以及化疗后热疗可能会较大发挥热疗与化疗的协同作用,从而达到更高的近期治疗疗效。加强热疗前、热疗中、热疗后患者的护理,对热疗的效果也起着至关重要的作用。
Objective : To observe the curative effect of high - frequency thermotherapy in different opportunity on malignant pleural effusion in vitro. Metheds:68 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into three groups. Group 1 was treated with high frequency thermotherapy before intracavity injection of drug , group 2 was treated simultaneously with intracavity injection of drug and high frequency thermotherapy, group 3 was treated with high frequency thermotherapy after intracavity injection of drug. To observe the curative effect after 2 course of treatment. Result:To compare between the three groups separutly by x^2 tests. Compared with group 1 ,the short - term clinical efficiency of group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher,the result has significant difference (X^2 values were 10.187,6.421, P values were less than 0.05 ). However, among the three groups in disease control rate,there was no significant difference. Three groups after treatment 70% - 80% of the patients improved quality of life,of drug toxicity has no significant difference. Conclusion : This test shown that the short - term clinical efficiency of group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than group 1. This indicating that high frequency thermotherapy with intracavity injection of drug simultaneously and high frequency thermotherapy after intraeavity injection of drug may play a greater Synergy than high frequency thermotherapy before intracavity injection of drug,and thus achieve higher short -term effect.
