摘要
无菌采集鸽小肠黏膜研磨稀释,取1×10-3稀释上清液0.1mL涂布接种改良TJA培养基,37.5℃烛缸法培养24h,分离鸽源乳酸菌。通过菌落形态、革兰氏染色、生化鉴定9株菌株,确定PI1、PI2为粪肠球菌,PI3~PI7为嗜酸乳杆菌,PI8为戊糖乳杆菌,PI9为枯草芽孢杆菌。其中PI7、PI8在液体培养基中产酸能力强,无毒性,该试验为鸽源乳酸菌制剂的深入研究打下了基础。
To isolate lactobacillus in pigeon, small intestinal mucous membrane of pigeons were collected aseptically, and then triturated and diluted. Supernatant of 1×10-3 of dilution was collected,and inoculated into improved TJA medium (0.1 mL),and was cultivated in 37.5℃for 24 hours. Nine strains were isolated through colony appearance,gram staining and biochemical identification. The isolates PI1,PI2 were Enterococccus faecalis,PI3 to PI7 were Lactobacillus acidophilus,PI8 was Lactobacillus pentosus,PI9 was Bacillus subtilis. PI7 and PI8 were highly effective in acid T production in liquid medium. The experiment was a preliminary research for further lactobacillus preparation of pigeons.
