摘要
针对可重构自动化制造系统(RAMS,Reconfigurable Automatic Manufacturing System)对重构的快速敏捷性以及重构后精度和可靠性的要求,通过对机床重构界面的属性和特征以及机械零件切削加工特点的研究和探讨,提出了一种新的多功能可重构数控机床的基础型模块和功能型模块的设计方法。并以此为技术平台,设计制造了用于短轴类、盘类组群的机械零件切削加工的多功能、可重构、短流程、柔性化成套设备,实现了短轴类、盘类组群零件加工的高效率、高精度、高质量、低成本的生产,达到了多功能数控机床重构的快速敏捷性以及重构后精度和可靠性的要求。
To meet the needs of rapid convertibility, high precision and reliability for Reconfigurable Automatic Manufacturing System(RAMS) , new design methodology of basic machine module and functional module was presented, based on the study of interfaces for reconfigurable machine tools and the part attribute. New RAMS was built according to the "new design methodology" for short-shaft parts and panshaped parts, characterized by Multi-function, reconfiguration, short-process and flexibility. Short- shaft and pan-shaped parts were machined on the new type of RAMS rapidly and cost-effectively. It is demonstrated that the new type of RAMS is important to the national competition.
