摘要
采用通用网络CAN(Controller Area Network)实现网络化多轴运动控制系统,提出一种基于分布式动态消息调度策略的报文广播法,并且分析了消息可完全调度的必要条件。实验表明,该策略可有效地保证各站点的时间同步和消息传输的实时性,可使系统具有较好的性能。
The CAN was adopted to realize the networked multi-axis motion control system,and a frame broadcast method combined with the distributed dynamic message scheduling scheme was proposed.The necessary condition of full schedulability of messages was analyzed.Experimental results show that the time synchronization among stations and the timeliness of messages can be guaranteed effectively,and using this scheduling scheme can obtain a good performance.
