摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对转子采用不同隔磁结构的切向式永磁同步电机进行二维气隙磁场和转子轴部漏磁的仿真计算,对不同隔磁措施的转子结构的漏磁通进行比较分析。通过有限元计算和分析,得到了切向式结构的永磁同步电机比较合适的隔磁措施,并且得出了轴部漏磁在切向式永磁电机设计中不可忽略的结论。
With the finite element software ANSYS,this paper analysed the two-dimensional air-gap magnetic field and the rotor shaft flux leakage of the PMSM with different tangential magnetic circuit structures.The rotor of the PMSM adopted different isolating magnetic measures.This paper also compared the flux leakage with different isolating magnetic structures.Based on the analysis and finite element calculation,a suitable isolating magnetic measure in PMSMs with tangential rotor was given.And it is also concluded that the rotor shaft flux leakage can not be ignored in the design of PMSMs with tangential magnetic circuit structure.
