响应面优化法研究蔗糖-对甲酚树脂胶粘剂的合成 被引量:5

Study on synthesis of a sucrose-p-cresol resin adhesive optimized by response surface methodology

摘要 以蔗糖代替甲醛,与对甲酚反应,合成了一种环境友好型的水溶性酚醛树脂(PF)。以温度、时间、催化剂用量和物料比为四因素,以胶粘剂的黏度为评价指标,采用响应面优化法对蔗糖-对甲酚树脂胶粘剂的合成反应条件进行了优化。结果表明:回归模型能较好地反映各因素水平与响应值之间的关系;蔗糖-对甲酚树脂的最佳合成条件为w(催化剂)=8.39%,反应温度75.33℃,反应时间4.8h,n(蔗糖)∶n(对甲酚)=3.94∶1。 With sucrose as replacer of formaldehyde,a water-solubility phenolic resin(PF) with environmentfriendly(namely sucrose-p-cresol resin) was synthesized by reaction between sucrose and p-cresol. With temperature, time,catalyst content and molar ratio of n(sucrose):n(p-cresol) as four factors,and viscosity of adhesives as evaluating index,so the reaction conditions of synthesizing sucrose-p-cresol resin adhesives were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM). The results showed that the relations between various factors,levels and response values could be preferably incarnated by the regress model. The optimal conditions of synthesizing sucrose-p-cresol resin were obtained when mass fraction of catalyst was 8.39%,reaction temperature was 75.33 ℃ ,reaction time was 4.8 h and molar ratio of n (sucrose) :n (p-cresol) was 3.94:1.
