摘要
传统的产品设计都是在产品设计完成之后进行试装配,对不满足要求的零部件进行重新设计。介绍了Pro/Engineer的实体造型及虚拟装配的特点,并分析了自顶向下和自底向上两种设计思路,根据复杂装置设计的具体特点,构建了虚拟环境下产品设计的基本流程。实践证明,基于Pro/Engineer的虚拟装配设计方法能提前发现设计过程中出现的问题,把错误消灭在设计的初期,大大缩短开发周期,提高质量和效率。
Traditional methods of product design were based on test assemble, and redesigned the dissatisfied components. Presented the characteristic of Pro/Engineer's two different modules of Part and Assembly, and analyzed two different ways of Top-Down and Bottom-Up design method, the basic flow of product design based on virtual environment was designed according to the characteristic of complex equipment. Practically, the Virtual Assembly Technology which is based on Pro/Engineer can find the problem in advance, and perish the error at the beginning of the design, shorten the exploration period, heighten the quality and efficiency.
