摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展,高校各类突发性事件近年来有逐步增加的趋势,这已成为影响高校校园稳定的一个重要因素。辅导员作为高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,在高校突发事件的应对中起着重要的作用。就新形势下高校突发事件的主要特征、成因等展开讨论,探讨高校辅导员妥善处置突发事件的应对措施。
With the development of higher education of our country, all kinds of emergent incidents in universities have the tendency to increase progressively in recent years, it has been an important factor that influences university campus steady already. The counselor, as an important component in the teaching and management team of the university, should play an important role to the emergent incident in the university. This text organizes discussion on main characteristics, causes, etc of university＇s emergent incidents under the new situation, and probe into the counter-measure that university＇s counselor handles the emergent incidents properly.
