摘要
根据临床经验,探讨女性痰湿型压力性尿失禁的辨证论治。从病因病机、辨证分型、立法选方三方面进行论述,提出痰湿内蕴、痰热蕴结、痰浊壅肺、气郁痰阻四个证型,并阐述相关施治方法以及用药。
to approach determination of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs of phlegm-damp type female stress incontinence acorroding to clinical experience.Discuss the disease from three aspects：etiological factor and pathogenesis,differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome,treatment policy.List four types of syndrome：phlegm stagnation,stagnation of phlegm-heat,retention of turbid phlegm in the lung,and expound respective treatment methods and drug.
