摘要
抗振性能是车载多媒体的一个重要指标,而车载多媒体的抗振性能又主要取决于机芯的抗振性能,传统的设计方法无法准确地设计出抗振系统的弹簧和阻尼的参数,只有通过多次反复实验及改进,这不但成为机芯开发过程中最为漫长的过程,并且不能对机芯的结构进行最优设计。为解决这一问题,采用动力学及抗振理论的分析方法对车载多媒体机芯的机械抗振系统进行研究,建立了其抗振系统动力学模型;运用Matlab/Simulink对其进行仿真分析,得到满足多媒体机芯抗振性能的弹簧及阻尼的最佳参数,从而对机芯的结构进行最优设计。结果表明运用此仿真设计车载多媒体机芯的抗振系统是一种非常有效的方法。
Anti-vibration performance of the car multimedia is an important index, that mainly depends on the anti-vibration performance of mechanism of the Car multimedia. The current design method is mainly through repeated experiments and improvements, that isn' t only a more lengthy process but also cannot achieve the best mechanism structure because parameter of spring and damp is inaccurate. The dynamic model of vibration system of the car muhimedia mechanism was built using anti-vibration and dynamics theory in this article. The best design values can be gained from simulation analysis that was run in Matlab/Simulink environment. The experimental work showed that the application of the simulation is quite effective, when the anti-vibration system of the car multimedia mechanism is designed.
