多层螺旋CTPA对肺动脉栓塞诊断的价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影(CTPA)在肺动脉栓塞诊断的价值。方法:对20例肺动脉栓塞(PE)进行多层螺旋CTPA检查并分析其表现。结果:20例中,肺动脉干、左右肺动脉、叶肺动脉显示率100%,段肺动脉显示率90%,亚段肺动脉显示率63.5%。左右肺动脉栓塞4支,叶肺动脉栓塞25支,段肺动脉栓塞72支,亚段肺动脉栓塞41支。PE的直接征象为肺动脉充盈缺损,其中肺动脉完全阻塞3例,中心性充盈缺损7例,偏心性充盈缺损14例,附壁充盈缺损6例;间接征象有肺梗死灶2例,肺纹理稀疏5例,胸腔积液8例。结论:多层螺旋CTPA是一种无创、可靠和有效检查方法,并能明确诊断肺动脉栓塞。
