摘要
[目的]了解南昌市西湖区娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病相关知识、态度与行为状况，评价工作进展．发现存在问题．为制订针对性宣传教育策略措施提供参考。[方法]对2007年6月和2008年12月2次西湖区部分娱乐场所女性性工作者调查资料进行分析。[结果]2007年调查303人，2008年调查401人。8项艾滋病相关知识知晓率，2007年为82．92％，2008年为82．82％（P〉0．05）。2007～2008年合计调查547人．最近一次与客人发生性关系时使用安全套的503人，使用率为91.96％，2007年与2008年分别为94．47％、90．06％（P〉0．05）；近3个月内与客人发生性关系时每次都用者占48．26％，2007年与2008年分别为39．15％、54．81％（P〈0．01）。2007～2008年调查642人．过去半年中出现性病表现的占13．71％．2007年与2008年分别为11．67％、15．06％（P〉0．05）；出现性病表现后诊治者占85．23％。诊治者中去公立医院、去私人医院、自己买药者分别占74．67％、12．00％、13．33％。[结论]西湖区女性性工作者艾滋病相关知识的知晓率不高，变化不明显；与客人发生性关系时安全套使用率较高。
[Objective]To understand the status o{ AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behavior among female sex workers in entertainment place of Xihu district, to evaluate the progress, find out the problems, provide reference for the development of targeted propaganda and education strategies. [Methods]Data investigated among female sex workers in entertainment place in June 2007 and December 2008 in Xihu district were analyzed. [Results]303 and 401 female sex workers were investigated in 2007 and 2008,the awareness rate of 8 items of AIDS related knowledge was 82.92% and 82. 8290 in 2007 and 2008（P2〉0.05）. Of the 547 people investigated from 2007 to 2008,503 of them used condoms when had sex behavior in the last time,accounting for 91.96%,it was 94.47% and 90.06% in 2007 and 2008（P〉0.05） 48.26% of female sex workers used condoms when had sex behavior each time in the 3 months, it was 39.15% and 54. 81% in 2007 and 2008（ P 〈0.01）. （If the 642 people investigated from 2007 to 2008.13.71% of them had the clinical symptoms of venereal disease in the past half year,it was 11.67% and 15.06% in 2007 and 2008（P〉 0.05）. 85. 23% of them can go to see doctors. 74.67% ,12.00% and 13.33% of them were treated public,private hospital and bought medicine themselves. [Conclusion]The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was not high in female sex workers in Xihu district. The condom use rate was higher when had sex behavior.
