摘要 有源电力滤波器普遍采用双闭环控制。从双闭环协调控制的思路出发,通过对有源电力滤波器运行时内外环之间的相互耦合的研究,总结了双闭环PI参数协调控制的规律,并把总结的控制规律应用模糊控制的方式对有源电力滤波器进行控制。仿真结果和实验测试结果表明所述方法不仅使得直流母线电压在启动过程中的超调量很小,电压收敛速度快,而且发出的冲击电流很小,从而大大增强了系统运行的可靠性和直流母线电压的稳定性。仿真结果和实验测试结果表明,该方案能显著提高系统响应速度,并使注入电网的谐波电流达到IEEE519-1992的要求。 An active power filter(APF)is always controlled by double-closed-loop(DCL)regulation algorithm,namely,the inner current-loop and the outer voltage-loop.This paper studies the coordinates control of the inner current-loop and the outer voltage-loop of active power filter, and presents the rules of proportional-integral(PI)parameters tuning method in DCL. The active power filter is controlled by fuzzy logic controller whose fuzzification and defuzzification processes come from the coordinated selection of PI parameters in the inner current-loop and the outer voltage-loop controllers.The proposed control scheme results in smaller transient overshoot and faster convergence in the DC bus voltage of the APF.In addition,the compensating current generated by APF in start-up is very small.Therefore,system reliability as well as the stability of the DC bus voltage of the APF are greatly enhanced.
