摘要
用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对分离断口的形貌、金相组织进行了观察,用能谱仪分析了分离断口分离处的夹杂物及中心区域的微区成分,探讨了DH36高强度船板常温拉伸试验出现断口分离的原因。结果表明:中心部位的Al、Ca、Si、Mn类氧化物、硫化物的复合化合物是导致试样在拉伸过程中出现分离的重要原因,而中心区域的锰偏析和明显的带状组织是DH36高强度船板常温拉伸断口产生分离的根本原因。
Morphology and microstructure of separated fracture were observed by metalloscope and scanning electron microscopy.The inclusions of separated fracture and the micro area composition in the central region were analyzed by spectrometer.Reasons to form the fracture separation of DH36 high strength ship plate during normal temperature tensile test were discussed.The results show that the oxides of Al、Ca、Si、Mn and sulfide-like complex compounds in the central region are the important factors leading to the separation of the sample.In addition,Mn segregation and obvious banded structure in the central region are the basic factors to form the separation of DH36 high strength ship plate during normal temperature tensile test.
