摘要
对圆弧型指尖密封构型特征进行了分析,确定了型线圆弧半径与圆弧中心圆半径的关系及取值范围;建立了指尖密封低泄漏和低磨损的综合性能优化设计方法。优化算例表明:通过该优化设计方法可以得到满足一定工况条件的综合性能良好的圆弧型指尖密封结构。通过对设计变量的灵敏度分析发现,在圆弧型指尖密封设计变量中对综合性能影响程度从大到小依次为型线圆弧半径、指尖梁宽度角、指尖靴高、下游保护高度和密封片厚度。与渐开线型指尖密封比较,圆弧型指尖密封在低泄漏性能上更具优势。本文工作为深入研究圆弧型指尖密封以期获得适应于不同条件的、性能更优的指尖密封结构形式奠定了一定的基础。
The geometric feature of the arc finger seal is analysed. The relationship between the finger stick arc radius and the stick arc center circle radii and their value scope are determined too. The integrative capability optimization method of finger seals with the objectives of low leakage and low wear function is established. An optimization example indicated that it is possible to obtain an arc finger seal structure with good integration performance in certain conditions. By analysing the sensitivity of design variables,it is discovered that the varables affecting the performance of the seal include in decreasing order,the stick arc radius,the finger repeat angle,the height of the finger foot,the height between the back plate and rotor surface and the thickness of the seal. Compared with the involute finger seal,the arc finger seal has the advantage of low leakage. The work provides a basis for further study on the arc finger seal to obtain better structure in different conditions.
