摘要
经过两步合成了N-十二烷基-N-甲基葡萄糖酰胺(MEGA-12)绿色表面活性剂。第1步葡萄糖与甲胺在Raney-Ni催化下经加氢还原胺化,得葡萄糖甲胺中间体,葡萄糖转化率100%;第2步以甲醇钠为催化剂,使葡萄糖甲胺与月桂酸甲酯酰胺化合成目标产物MEGA-12,葡萄糖甲胺转化率为94.12%。经单因素实验与正交实验,确定了最佳工艺条件,用FTIR和1HNMR对合成的中间体及目标产物进行了结构表征。
A new type of green surfactant,N-lauryl-N-methylglucamide(MEGA-12),was prepared via a two-step procedure.Firstly,the intermediate N-methylglucamine was synthesized by the reaction of D-glucose with methylamine and hydrogen in the presence of the Raney-Ni catalyst.Secondly,MEGA-12 was synthesized by the amidation of N-methylglucamine and methyl laurate using sodium methoxide as catalyst.The optimized conditions of the two-step procedure were obtained by the single factor experiment and orthogonal method.Finally,the structure of products were confirmed by FTIR and 1HNMR.
