摘要
植物来源的蛋白饲料由于存在多种抗营养因子或有害物质,降低了动物对其营养的吸收,并可能导致动物的机能缺陷。通过对大量的研究工作总结发现:采用热处理、化学法、作物育种法、酶制剂法和生物技术处理法均可以在一定程度上降解抗营养因子和有害物质,然而采用生物技术处理法是最切实可行的方法。对大宗饲料原料的生物技术处理,获得具有营养与功能双效的优质蛋白饲料,是解决我国蛋白资源紧缺的重要途径。
The plant protein is the most commonly used protein source in the feed industry, but toxic and the anti- nutritional factors limit its efficient utilization. Various processing techniques such as heat treatment, chemical treatment, plant breeding, enzyme addition and fermentation, were applied to reduce the toxic and the anti-nutritional factors of plant protein. Among these treatments, fermentation would make possible a high-quality and inexpensive protein with valuable functional benefits available for animals, and it is also designed to solve animal feed protein shortage.
