摘要
特征阻值测试是我国空间电子设备测试的重要内容,实现特征阻值测试自动化是一个迫切的实际课题;设计了一个基于PXI总线的特征阻值自动测试系统;分析了特征阻值测试系统的误差并讨论了消除误差的方法;提出了采用产生式系统分析通断性和采用罗曼诺夫斯基准则分析数据一致性的方法;测试系统已经应用于某型空间电子设备的特征阻值测试中,测试结果表明测试系统的效率为人工方式的5倍,特征阻值结果分析率达到70%以上,满足特征阻值测试需要。
The characteristic resistance test is an essential component of space electronic equipment test, it is an urgent and useful subject to realize automatic test of characteristic resistance. A test system based on PXI bus is designed. The error of the system is analyzed and the means of eliminating error is discussed. The methods that how to analyze short or break with production system and how to analyze reconcilability of data with Romanovsky rule are proposed. The test system is applied in characteristic resistance test of space electronic equipment, the results reveal that the system's test efficiency has increased 5 times as against handwork, and the rate of the data that can be analyzed is over 70%. The test system has met the requirement of characteristic resistance test.
