摘要
为解决电能表射频辐射抗扰度试验难以通过的问题,在对一款基于71M6512芯片的单相电子式电能表进行试验,诊断分析并整改成功的基础上,总结提出一些针对性的解决方案,该方案要求在PCB板设计初期,要结合使用芯片的情况注意对芯片辅助电路、开关电源及时钟晶振电路等进行优化设计,对于拓展电能表企业生产和设计思路,提高电能表产品质量,增强电能表运行的可靠性,具有重要的现实意义。
In order to solve the problem that the electricity meter often failed to pass the radio frequency electromagnetic filed radiated immunity test, the paper took one typical single phase electricity meter based on 71 M6512 chip as the test object, after diagnose and successful rectification, some pertinence methods that we should pay more attention to the optimal design of the chip assistant circuits, switching power supply and clock oscillator circuit during the design stage of PCB had been advanced. The methods are quite practical for improving the design and rectification technology of electricity meter enterprises, and also quite practical for improving the quality of the electricity meters.
