摘要
通过立法限制公权力维持政府对图书馆的投入,树立读者权益,建立健全图书馆协会的建设,组成维护图书馆权益的压力集团。
The paper has probed to maintain government’s outlay to library via limiting pubic right legislation,uphold reader’s rights and interests,establish and perfect library consortium,so as to build up pressure group to stick up for library’s rights and interests.
