摘要
目的探讨外固定支架结合内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。方法采用外固定支架结合内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折57例。结果57例均获随访,时间5～24(8.6±2.7)个月,骨折均临床愈合。疗效按Dienst功能评估标准评定:优21例,良29例,可7例,优良率87.7%。结论外固定支架结合内固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折,能达到骨折端解剖复位、坚强固定、并发症少、术后即刻恢复部分日常生活和工作,疗效满意。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of external fixation combined with internal fixation in the treatment of unstable fracture of the distal radius.Methods 57 patients with unstable fracture of the distal radius were treated by external fixation combined with internal fixation.Results 57 cases were followed up for 5 months to 24 months,and the mean follow-up period was 8.6 ± 2.7 months.According to the criteria of Dienst,the results were excellent in 21 cases,good in 29 cases,fair in 7 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 87.7%.Conclusions The treatment of unstable fracture of the distal radius using external fixation combined with internal fixation provides anatomical reduction,reliable fixation,fewer complications,and satisfactory effect.Partial daily activities can be restored after operation immediately.
