摘要
随着我国互联网业的迅速发展,网络已经深入到人们生活的方方面面,成为人们行使言论自由权的新平台,对于社会意识道德的影响不可低估。随着近年来一系列网络事件的传播,引发了社会道德论战,使身处多元社会下的人们的思想意识更为混乱。对于网络言论自由的保护和限制,平衡各种利益冲突,促进良性有序的网络社会的形成已经迫在眉睫。
With the rapid development of China＇s Internet industry, the network has gone deep into every aspect of people＇s lives. It has become a new platform for the exercise of the free speech right. Its influence on social consciousness of morality should not be underestimated. With the recent spread of a series of network events, a moral debate has been arisen, which makes people＇s ideology messed up in a pluralistic society. It is an urgent need to protect and limit the freedom of expression, balance the various conflicts of interest and promote a healthy and orderly formation of the network society.
