生姜脱毒种苗移栽基质筛选及肥水调控研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对生姜喜温暖湿润、不耐寒、怕潮湿、怕强光直射的生理特性,设计不同基质组合、施肥浓度及基质湿度等因素对成活率和生长影响的试验。结果表明:珍珠岩∶泥炭土体积比为3∶7的基质组合,练苗成活率最高达96.67%,且长势好;施肥浓度以0.1%为好,移栽苗生长较快且无肥害发生;温室中每隔3d浇水1次为宜,既不烂根又无黄化现象,种苗生长健壮。 Based on the following physiological characteristic of Zingiber officinale,it is suitable for the condition of warm but can't tolerate cold,wet and high light,some factors such as the different substrate combinations,fertilization concentrations and substrate humidity was designed to study on its influences on the surival rate and growth situation in this experiment.The rusult showed that:The optimum substrate combinations pearlite and peat soli was 3∶7(v∶v),the survival rate of Zingiber officinale reached 96.67% and the plants grew vigorously.The best fertilization concentrations was 0.1%,under this conditions the transplants growed fast and no fertilizer toxicity was observed.The best frequency of water supply was once for four days in greenhouse,under this condionts the roots not rot and the plants were healthy and strong.
