64层螺旋CT与超声心动图评价左心室功能的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:以超声心动图为标准,探讨64层螺旋CT(64-MSCT)和超声心动图对左心室功能各评价指标的相关性,评价64-MSCT测量左心室功能的准确性及可行性。方法:22例64-MSCT冠状动脉造影患者,使用circulation软件测试左心室功能,并与超声心动图所得左心室功能指标相比较。结果:64-MSCT和超声心动图对左心室功能各评价指标差异无统计学意义,两者相关性较高,r在0.69~0.88之间,EDV、ESV、SV值:64-MSCT>超声,EF值:64-MSCT<超声。结论:64-MSCT在左心室功能定量评价方面准确可靠。1次64-MSCT冠状动脉造影可以同时评估冠脉狭窄情况及左心室功能。
