摘要
本文研究了奥里油的燃烧与微爆特性。作者在实验中采用挂滴法测定了单滴奥里油在高温环境中的温度历程,得到了“冷滴”阶段时间以及微爆延迟时间等实验数据,并观察了其相应的燃烧现象;为了同奥里油进行比较,还进行了改良型奥里油及海洋乳化油的挂滴实验。对实验结果进行了分析,发现毫米级的奥里油燃烧同样存在微爆现象,其微爆效果与燃烧质量好于改良型奥里乳化油。
The combustion characteristics and microexplosion of an orimulsion droplet have been studied in the paper.The temperature history for a suspension orimulsion droplet in the high temperature environment is measured.The “cold droplet” duration period and the delay time of the microexplosion for an orimulsion droplet are obtained,and the relevant combustion phenomena have been observed.A comprision of the combustion characteristics between the orimulsion and the improved orimulsion droplet is conducted.The results show that the microexplosion for a single orimulsion droplet with millimeter level size also occurs and whose microexplosion effect and combustion are better than improved orimulsion droplet,but for the orimulsion droplet with micro level size no microexplosion occurs and whose reason is explained in the paper.
