摘要
本文对盾构机整体过站方法进行了系统的介绍,并将盾构机传统吊运过站与整体过站进行了对比分析,特别对整体过站的形式与移动方法进行了深入的阐述,在结合大量工程实际情况的前提下,以各种代表性施工参数(距离、工期)为基础,对盾构机吊运过站与整体过站的工况进行了深入的分析,得出了具体过站方法在工期、经济等方面的明显差异,指明了盾构机整体过站的优越性,进一步指出了整体过站的条件与适应性。
This paper gives a systematic introduction to method for passing through metro station for the whole shield machine. The new method is compared with the traditional lifting method. And especially, a description is made about the form and moving measures of the new method. On the premises of lots of actual engineering situations, various working conditions are deeply analyzed based on kinds of representative construction parameters. As a result, the method, for the shield passing through metro station as a whole, has an obvious difference from the others in time limit and economy. And then, the priority, apphcable scope and adaptability of the method are put forward.
