摘要
长螺旋干成孔泵压混凝土灌注桩是一种新型桩基施工技术,在不同的环境条件下应用,工艺技术不尽相同,有必要对护坡桩施工质量控制进行探讨。以抚顺锦绣澜湾A区工程为例,采用长螺旋干成孔泵压混凝土灌注桩进行基础处理,从施工组织设计、工艺流程、常见问题处理及质量控制等方面进行了详细的论述。结果表明,采用长螺旋干成孔泵压混凝土灌注桩技术,具有良好的刚性和侧向支护能力及一定的防渗效果,直径和深度可随基坑开挖要求任意设计和变更,对邻近建筑物和管道毫无影响。该技术属于免振连续作业的灌注桩,具有施工效率高、成孔成桩质量好、无污染、成本低等优点,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。
The cast-in-place slope protection pile with pumping concrete of long spiral drilled holes is a new construction technology for pile foundation.Here,taking the project in A area of Fushun Jinxiulan Bay for example,it is introduced and discussed in detail,including the construction organization and design,the construction technology and process,the common problems and treatment,the quality control and so on.The results show that this new construction technology has the well rigidity and lateral supporting ability,as well as the seepage control effect.At the same time,it is a kind of vibration avoidance and continuous operation pile with high officiency,good quality,no noise,no pullution,low cost and civilized construction,etc.So it has a certain reference value for similar engineerings.
