摘要
黄河积石峡水电站由于条件限制,压力钢管底部和某些重点部位的入仓混凝土无法振捣,要求采用高流态自密实混凝土,为此进行了高流态混凝土配合比的试验研究。通过对原材料(水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂、骨料)试验、混凝土配合比(粗骨料比例、砂率、减水剂对水泥的适应性、减水剂对混凝土的扩散度损失的影响、混凝土配合比)试验、试验结果(混凝土拌和物性能、混凝土力学性能、混凝土耐久性指标)校核等。得到积石峡水电站工程施工要求的高流态自密实混凝土经济配合比。实际应用表明,浇注的上万方高流态、自密实的混凝土,未发现裂缝现象,保证了工程主节点的工期,取得了良好的技术性能和经济效益。
Because of the limit of conditions,the high guss and self-compacting concrete should be used in the construction for some key positions of Jishixia Hydropower Station.Therefore,the tests and researches are made for this kind of concrete,including the tests for the raw materials,the tests for mix propotions,the check and proof for the test results and so on,so as to obtain the economic mix propotion of the concrete in the construction of the project.The results show that by using this kind of concrete,no cracks appear in the concreting bodies,so as to ensure the time limit of the main nodal points of the project,and achieve well technical characteristics and economic benefits.
