摘要
在钻井完井作业中,滤饼质量直接影响到井壁稳定和对油气层的保护,滤饼质量差将会造成井下复杂情况以及井壁垮塌和油气层伤害等。因此,形成致密、薄、韧、低渗透的滤饼甚为关键。在研究钻井完井液中固相颗粒侵入地层造成地层损害的基础上,建立了固相颗粒在静、动态条件下形成外滤饼的数学模型,量化了滤饼质量与各相关参数之间的关系,并通过塔里木油田现场实践进行验证。综合分析认为,数学模型对钻井完井过程有一定的指导意义。
During drilling and completion, the quality of filter cake can affect directly both borehole stability and reservoir protection. Poor cake will result in complex downhole condition as well as serious borehole collapse and formation damage. Therefore, it is very important to develop a kind of tight, thin, flexible and low-permeability filter cake. In this study, based on the research of formation damage caused by solid particle invading into forma- tion, a mathematical model is developed for external filter cake under static and dynamic condition. Moreover, the relationship between cake quality and relevant parameter has been quantized and then verified by lab experiment.
