摘要
在介绍广东电网统调机组一次调频性能评价系统功能结构、数据流程的基础上,重点分析和对比了机组一次调频性能评价的3种方法——基于参数实测的评价法、基于调频电量的评价法、综合性能评价法,得出采用综合性能评价法更合理、更全面、更严格的结论。对广东电网两次频率扰动事件中统调机组一次调频评价结果进行统计和分析,说明建设机组一次调频性能评价系统的重要性。
This paper describes the function, structure and data flow of primary frequency regulation (PFR) assessment system for units under unified dispatch in Guangdong power grid, emphatically analyzing and comparing three means for unit PFR assessment respectively based on parameter measurement, frequency modulation electric quantity and comprehensive performance assessment. It is concluded that the comprehensive performance assessment method is more reasonable, more well-rounded and stricter. Statistical analysis is made of PFR assessment results for units under unified dispatch in two frequency disturbance events of Guangdong power grid, and the importance of constructing unit PFR assessment system is illustrated.
