摘要 采用喷丸对DZ4定向凝固高温合金进行表面强化,研究其表面形貌、粗糙度、显微硬度、组织结构等表面完整性的变化,在室温下进行光滑和缺口试样的旋转弯曲疲劳试验,分析喷丸强化在提高DZ4定向凝固高温合金室温下疲劳性能的机理。结果表明:喷丸强化可以提高光滑和缺口试样的疲劳性能,且对于具有应力集中的缺口试样强化效果不如光滑试样显著。 DZ4 directionally solidified superalloy was employed to investigate the effect of shot peening on surface integrity, such as surface appearance, surface roughness, microhardness and microstructure. Fatigue properties of unshot-peened and shot- peened specimens of DZ4 superalloy were determined by performing rotational and bending fatigue tests at room temperature. The results show that shot peening can improve the fatigue properties of both smooth and notched specimens, but the modification effect on smooth specimens is greater than that on notched ones.
