摘要
依据碘离子能稳定和提高碘与淀粉显色的灵敏度,建立了测定碘离子的新型分光光度法,测定的线性范围为0.10~1.0μg/mL,检测限为0.050μg/mL,低浓度碘离子测定的相对标准偏差不大于4.8%,对碘离子合成样品的分析结果令人满意.
A new method for iodide detemination is developed and reported. This method is based on the principle that the presence of iodide will stabilize and increase the sensitivity of iodine-starch system's colorimetric reaction. The linear dynamic range for iodide is 0.10 ~1 .0 μg/mL. For sample's analysis, the recoveries are between 94.3% and 103%, and RSD% is less than 4.8%. The proposed method is fast, convenient,and pollute-free.
