摘要
介绍了一种数控机床主轴及主轴电机温度检测与控制系统。该系统采用C8051F350单片机为主控芯片,选用TN9红外温度传感器与高精度pt100温度传感器作为数控机床主轴及主轴电机温度的检测元件,采用KeilC和LabWindows/CVI开发了下位机温度采集程序及上位机温度监控程序。详细介绍了系统的设计思路及具体的实现方法,并给出了下位机程序流程图及Lab-Windows/CVI编程实例。实验结果表明,该系统具有灵敏度高、实时性好、稳定、准确、操作简单等优点,为数控机床的加工精度及安全无故障运行提供了保证。
The temperature measurement and control system on the spindle and spindle motor of CNC are introduced, which adopts C8051F350 single chip microcomputer as main control chip. The system adopts infrared temperature sensor TN9 and high-accuracy PT100 temperature sensor as temperature inspection item of CNC machine tool spindle and spindle motor. KeilC and LabWindows/CVI are used to program the temperature collection and monitor programs of PC and MCU. The design idea and the concrete realization method of the system are introduced in details, and MCU program flow diagram and LabWindows/CVI programming example are given. The practical application shows that the whole system has high sensitivity, good real-time performance, high stability, high precision, simplicity of operator and so on. The processing precision and failure-free operation of CNC were ensured by the system.
