摘要
为了实现难加工材料ZGMn13的钻削温度的测量,建立了一套钻削温度测量系统。系统的硬件部分由计算机、数据采集卡、放大电路和电偶回路组成,软件部分采用虚拟仪器技术来实现。通过此系统得到钻削温度沿主切削刃分布,切削用量对切削温度影响的规律,得到了ZGMn13钻削温度的回归方程,证明了所建立的实验系统的有效性。
For realize measurement of temperature on difficult to cut material of ZGMn13, one measuring system of drilling temperature has been established. Hardware part of system is made up of computer, data acquisition card, amplifier and semi-artificial thermocouple circuit. The software part adopts the virtual instrument technology to realize. The distribution along the main cutting edge is studied by use of single factor experiments during the process of drilling high manganese steel, and analyses the effects of speed, feed rate and tool diameter to drilling temperature. The drilling temperature empirical formula is established. The validity of experimental systems set up has been proved.
