摘要
为了改善变幅杆的某些性能,如增加放大系数,提高超声波加工材料去除率,该文探讨了1/2波长复合形变幅杆。运用有限元软件对变幅杆进行动力学分析,包括模态分析和谐响应分析,获得了若干重要参数,如共振频率、位移节点和放大系数等。从模态分析中可以得到变幅杆的纵振频率为19 769 Hz,放大系数为2.27。研究结果为超声变幅杆的设计、校核和分析提供了一种新的方法。
To improve such properties of the solid horn as the increase of coefficient amplification and the removal rate increase of ultrasonic manufacturing materials, a composite solid horn of 1/2 wavelength is investigated. A finite element software is used to analyse the dynamics of the solid horn. The modal and the harmonic response of the solid horn is analysed. Some important parameters are obtained such as the resonance frequency, the displacement nodal points and amplification coefficients. The longitudinal vibration frequency is 19 769 Hz and the amplification coefficient is 2.27. The research results provide a new and useful method for the design, calibration and analysis of the ultrasonic solid horn.
