摘要 介绍一种用于厚壁管道窄间隙全位置自动焊接机的二级分布式计算机控制系统,主机采用486笔记本计算机,由7个80C552单片机组成了现场控制级计算机,完成行走、钨极摆动、送丝。焊缝对中、焊接电流和焊接电压等过程的实时控制,利用串行通讯进行数据和命令的传输.整个系统采用中文菜单,鼠标输入各个参数和命令,实践表明该系统具有功能强、操作方便、工作稳定、控制精度高等特点,完全满足了厚壁管道窄间隙全位置自动焊接机的技术要求. This paper presents a two stage decentraized computer control system for an position automatic weldingfor narrow gap of thick-wall piping with 486 notebook computer as main computer, and seven 80c552 single chipmicrocomputers adopted as local control grade computer to complete real-time control for such processes as walking,wire feed, oscillation of Tungsten electrode, centralization of weld seam, welding current, welding voltagr. Dataand order are transferred through serial communication. In this system, parameters and orders are input throughChinese menu. It has been proved that the system has so many merits as multiple function, rough and ready operating, stable work status, high control precision, which completely meets technical need of all position automaticwelding machine for narrow gap of thick-wall piping.
