摘要
课堂教学是教学工作全过程的重要环节。育人工作是教学工作的前提和保证。教师在向学生传授知识的同时,充分利用课堂教学过程中育人的实效性,对学生进行思想教育渗透,往往会收到事半功倍的效果。作为教师,不仅要树立献身中医药教育事业的人生目标,确立与时代相适应的现代职业观和价值现,而且在课程的施教过程中更要有科学的课程观念、育人观念、以及创新观念。
Lecture is an important step in course of teaching. Educating a person is a precondition and guarantee of the teaching. A teacher will get twice with half effort if he teaches students thought while imparting knowledge. As a teacher, not only the aim of dedicating his life to Traditional Chinese Medicine with right belief of occupation, but also the scientific notion of courses, educating a person and innovation should be set up in course of teaching.
