电针结合中频脉冲对腰神经根压迫症大鼠神经根组织磷脂酶A2组织胺的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Medium Frequency Therapy on Nerve-root Phospholipase A2 and Histamine Expression in Model Rats with Lumbar-nerve Root Compression

摘要 目的:探讨电针结合中频治疗腰神经根压迫症的作用机制。方法:选用72只SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、电针组、中频组、电针结合中频组,每组12只。通过手术建立大鼠腰神经根压迫症模型。造模成功,经治疗14天后,取受压迫局部神经根组织,测定磷脂酶A2(PLA2)、组织胺含量。结果:造模后,压迫神经根组织内PLA2、组织胺含量均明显升高;电针治疗、电针结合中频治疗14天后均能显著降低压迫神经根组织内PLA2、组织胺含量,与模型组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:电针结合中频脉冲对压迫神经根组织内PLA2、组织胺含量的改善作用可能是其治疗腰神经根压迫症的作用机制之一。 Objective: To explore mechanism of Electro-acupuncture combined with medium frequency treatment for model rats with lumbar nerve root compression. Methods: Seventy two Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into a normal group, a sham operated group, a model group, an electro-acupuncture group, a medium frequency group and an eletro-acupuncture combined with medium frequency group, 12 rats in each group. The model of lumbar nerve root compression were established by surgery, and after treatment of 14 days, phospholipase A2 and histamine in the local compressed nerve root were tested. Results: Phospholipase A2 and histamine in the local compressed nerve root were increasing obviously in the model group, and were decreasing in the electro acupuncture group, the electro acupuncture combined with medium frequency group.There were significant differences among the model group and the electro acupuncture group,the electro acupuncture combined with medium frequency group (P〈0.05, P〈O.O1).Conclusion: Electro acupuncture and electro acupuncture combined with medium frequency can improve the phospholipase A2 and histamine in the local compressed nerve root, and it is a mechanism of treatment for lumbar nerve root compression.
