摘要
目的:研究恒牙早期男性青少年上气道矢状面大小及与颅颌面骨骼结构的相关性。方法:收集50例恒牙早期无鼾男性错(?)畸形患者(年龄11~15岁,平均年龄13岁)治疗前头颅侧位片,利用改良Delaire头影测量分析方法测量颅颌面骨骼结构异常程度及气道矢状面积,应用SPSS13.0统计软件包对数据进行处理,利用多元回归分析法研究上气道矢状面积与颅颌面骨骼结构异常程度之间的关系。结果:鼻咽气道面积(NA)与上颌长度(MxL)、上颌骨上份宽度(MxA)呈正相关,与下颌支的倾斜度(RA)、颅高与颅底长的比值(Ht/Dp)、下颌支的长度(MnRL)呈负相关;腭咽气道面积(PA)与颅高与颅底长的比值(Ht/Dp)呈负相关,与下颌体的长度(MnBL)、上颌骨上份宽度(MxA)正相关;舌咽气道面积(HA)与上颌骨倾斜度(PPA)呈负相关;喉咽气道面积(LA)与下颌支的长度(MnRL)、下颌前份垂直向高度(MnFH)、下颌支宽度(MnA)呈正相关,与颅高与颅底长的比值(Ht/Dp)呈负相关。结论:恒牙早期男性青少年上气道各段矢状面大小与周围颅颌面骨骼结构关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the area of sagittal upper airway in men with malocclusion in early permanent dentition, and to find out the relationship of the area and craniofacial characteristics. Methods : Fifty cephalometric films of nonsnoring males with malocclusion aged from 11 to 15 years before treatment were collected and measured with modified Delaire cephalometric analysis. The results were assessed by SPSS13.0 software package, and multiple regression analysis was used to examine the relationship of upper airway area and craniofacial characteristics variation. Results: The area of nasopharyngeal space (NA) correlated with the length of maxillary, the inclination of ramus, percentage of cranial height to cranial base length, percentage of maxillary area to cranial base and the length of ramus. The area of palatopharyngeal space(PA) correlated with percentage of cranial height to cranial base, the length of mandibular body and percentage of maxillary area to cranial base. The area of hypopharyngeal space (HA) correlated with the inclination of palatal plane. The area of lal:cngopharyngeal space (LA) correlated with the length of ramus, anterior mandibular height, the percentage of cranial height to cranial base and percentage of mandibular area to cranial base. Conclusion: The sagittal pharyngeal area of nonsnoring males with malocclusion is substantially correlated to the craniofacial skeletal structures around.
