摘要
提出以刀具类型和被加工表面的几何信息为输入,通过解析求解机床运动方案的设计方法。利用该方法可以突破传统的机床运动形式,创成出新型式机床。以平面曲线加工为例,给出了所有两自由度机床的运动方案。
This paper suggests a design method with information of the machined surface as the input and motion schemes of machine tools obtained through analysis. Accordingly, the traditional motion forms of machine tools are broken through and new model machine tools are generated using this method. Taking plane curve machining for example, the motion schemes of machine tools with two freedoms are presented.
