轮毂轴承化学镀镍-金刚石复合膜的耐磨性研究 被引量:2

Study on Wear Resistance for Ni-diamond Composite Electroless Plating on Hub Bearings

摘要 通过化学镀方法在汽车轮毂轴承表面获得了Ni-P-C复合膜,用SEM,EDS研究了复合膜的形貌、结构,并对镀有复合膜的轴承与普通产品进行了台架对比试验。结果表明:化学复合镀后的轴承,经48 h耐磨性试验后,无明显磨损痕迹,效果优于普通产品。 Ni - P - C composite layer is obtained by electroless plating on the surface of automotive hub bearing ring. The morphology and the structure of the composite layer is studied using SEM, X - ray diffraction, and the comparable bench test between composite plated bearings and ordinary products is done. The results showed that there are no obvious signs of wear and tear on the plated bearings after 48 h test; the wear resistance of the plated bearing is superior to ordinary products.
