灵芝孢子粉对戊四氮致痫大鼠大脑皮质及海马区PCNA变化的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨灵芝孢子粉对戊四氮(PTZ)致痫大鼠大脑皮质及海马区增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)变化的影响,进一步研究癫痫的发病机制及灵芝孢子粉的干预机制。方法:免疫组织化学法(SABC法)检测皮质和海马区PCNA的免疫反应性;Western-blot检测海马区PCNA蛋白含量的变化。结果:癫痫模型组PCNA阳性细胞数目明显增多与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),灵芝孢子粉干预组与癫痫模型组比较PCNA阳性细胞数明显减少差异有显著性(P<0.01);PCNA在戊四氮致痫组的大脑海马区的蛋白含量与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),灵芝孢子粉干预组与癫痫模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:灵芝孢子粉可以通过调节PCNA含量抑制星形胶质细胞(AS)增生,从而影响戊四氮致痫大鼠癫痫发作的发生与发展。
