摘要
针对硬质合金电微压模的加工,选取了三种不同的加工工艺路线进行了对比研究;同时.采用理论计算与试验相结合的方法,研究了模套与硬质合金模芯镶套的过盈量;得到了保证电镦压模加工质量的合理工艺路线和合理的镶套过盈量。
In this paper .three lines of processing technology of cemented carbide forging die are studied. In the meantime,By theuse of combining theoretical calculation with stest,a study is made on interference value of fitting die sleeve and cementedcarbide die coer. An appropriate line of tcachnology and appropriate fit interference value are obtained to guarantee quality offorging die.
