摘要
选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝系统简单,操作方便,是一种经济实用的NOx脱除方法。某电厂自2007年在4台410t/h燃煤锅炉上陆续加装了SNCR脱硝系统。介绍了SNCR烟气脱硝技术的脱硝原理和基本系统构成、应用效果,以及SNCR烟气脱硝技术在实际运行中出现的问题和改进措施。性能测试表明,投入SNCR系统后,在氨逃逸量不大于10ppm时,脱硝效率大于35%。
Selective Non-catalytic Reduction (SNCR) is a simple,economically practical system for denitrogenation of power boilers. SNCR denitration technique has been applied to the transformation of four 410t/h pulverized-coal fired boilers in CSEC Guohua International Power Company Limited Beijing Cogeneration Branch. The system structure of SNCR flue gas denitrification technology in the project is introduced,and some issues that should be considered in the application and operation of SNCR flue gas denitrification technology are proposed. Performance test show that after using SNCR denitration system,the denitration rate is greater than 35%,the escape quantity of ammonia not greater than 10 ppm.
