三种方法固定SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折的前瞻性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价外侧支撑钢板加前内侧限制接触性动力加压钢板(LC—DCP,A组)、外侧支撑钢板加后内侧防滑钢板(B组)、外侧支撑钢板加内侧半针外固定架(C组)治疗SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,将24例SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为A、B、C三组,比较各组手术时间、失血量、临床愈合时间、完全负重时间、关节功能、相关并发症的发生率、胫骨平台内翻角(TPA)及胫骨平台后倾角(PA)变化等方面的差异。结果A、B、C三组手术时间平均为103min、105min和98min;术中失血量平均为301ml、305ml和296ml;骨折临床愈合时间平均为13.9周、14.4周和14.1周;完全负重时间平均为17.6周、18.2周和17.1周;术后1年膝关节美国特种外科医院膝关节评分平均为90.1分、89.6分和88.8分。三组病例术后即刻、术后3个月TPA及PA度数组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论对于SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折,A、B、C三种固定方法治疗结果相似。
