摘要
采用双乙酸钠与惰性粉复配制成载体抗菌防霉剂,研究了其对黄曲霉、赭曲霉、灰绿曲霉、扩展青霉和串珠镰孢菌等5种常见粮食储藏霉菌的抑制作用.结果表明:双乙酸钠与惰性粉复配成的载体抗菌防霉剂对实验所用霉菌均有良好的抑制作用,在菌落培养19d后,双乙酸钠质量分数每增加1‰,在添加载体实验组与未加载体的对照实验组中,其抑制的菌落直径分别减小4~8mm和2—8mm.
A carrier- based mildew inhibitor was prepared from sodium diacetate and inert dust by complex formulation, and the antifungal effect on five kinds of common grain storage mildews, such as Aspergillus fla- vus, Aspergillus ochraceus, Aspergillus glaucus, Penicillium expansum, and Fusarium moniliforme, was studied. The results show that the carrier-based mildew inhibitor has good inhibition effect on the mildews in the experiments. After the colonies was cultured for 19 days, the diameters of the inhibited colonies in the ex- perimental group with the carrier and in the control group without the carrier were reduced by 4 mm to 8 mm and by 2 mm to 8 mm respectively as the mass fraction of sodium diacetate increases by 1‰ every time.
