锌空燃料电池干嵌法成形设备轧机机架的优化设计

摘要 运用有限元理论和有限元软件ANSYS10.0,根据静力分析的结果和轧机机架的整体结构,选取轧机机架的全高、轧机机架的宽度和中间横梁的厚度作为优化的对象。在满足适当的强度和刚度条件下,以轧机机架的体积作为目标函数,对轧机机架进行优化设计。优化后,轧机机架纵向变形量减少15%,最大主应力缩小24.1%,轧机机架体积减少9.13%。 Using the finite element theory and finite element software ANSYS10. 0, according to the static analysis results and roll- ing-mill housing's overall construction, it selected its overall height, its width and central cross's thickness as the optimized object. Under the suitable intensity and the rigidity condition,it took the objective function by rolling-mill housing's volume,and carried on the optimized analysis to the rack. After the optimization, the rolling-mill housing longitudinal amount of deformity reduced 15 %, biggest principal stresses reduced by 24. 1% and rolling-mill housing volume reduce by 9. 13%.
